Dragon Age Orgins, Deamon Souls OR FF 13 ?

I'm new to the RPG genre. To tell the truth, I become sick of those 60 $ + expensive games that last only 10 to 20 hours and then you have to pay extra bucks for downloadable content to satisfy the greed of the developers, especially EA and their crappy BUGGY games AKA FIFA 10 !!



So guys, please give me your best answer based on story, length, graphics, customizations and gameplay.

I have only played Dragon Age: Origins out of the 3 you mentioned, it's an AWESOME game.

The graphics are great for an RPG game, the loading times are kind of poor. (I myself got an overclocked Core I7 + 285 GTX so it's not because of a weak pc)

The game is LONG, you get to choose your path, and it effects the storyline pretty drastically. (You may gain \ lose companions, and you will end the game accordingly to your actions)

TBH I don't have much experience with this sort of games, I have played Dragon Age, Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, they are all based on the same principles, only the time zone is different (middle age vs. future)

I encountered some bugs, I wouldn't say the game is buggy, because it was like version 1.0 so they must have fixed them by now.

But, you should consider buying the DLC, the extra quests give you very nice items, and they're MUCH fun, so they're worth it.

Took me about 30~ hours to complete the game.

By your rationale: Demon Souls. I am selling my copy for 26 bucks on amazon if you are interested.It's used of course, but it is in mint condition. My store is Anigama Fusion.



Story: Long story short you are caught in a land covered by a foreboding mist. It basically is a world of hell amongst the void.



Length: Weeks. There is much to do on it and because of its difficulty it is best enjoyed when playing with others.



Customizations: Some moderate customization.
