Not much you'll find that's 13" or less - but two I can think of off the top of my head are the Vaio SA 13.3" laptop and the M11x R3. The Vaio is smaller/lighter and has a better processor available (better for video editing), while the M11x has a better graphics card available (better for gaming, obviously).
