Fallout new Vegas or elder scrolls skyrim?

Please tell me which one looks to be more enjoyable, I've had immense fun with fallout 3 but never tried oblivion, I'm a pc player. I want to choose one that will last me for months. And lastly is the gameplay like dragon age/ WOW, if it is then I don't like that sort of rpg thanksFallout new Vegas or elder scrolls skyrim?
Skyrim...Oblivio nis like Fallout 3 in terms of playing style...but its swords instead of guns lol
Skyrim for sure, its not even close.

I've played Oblivion, Fallout 3, and New Vegas and while both Oblivion and Fallout 3 were amazing games that I spent hundreds of hours playing, New Vegas turned into more of a chore to finish. If you've played Fallout 3 you'll be sadly disappointed in New Vegas as its atmosphere isn't nearly as captivating as Fallout 3's was and it's story line is dull and redundant. Besides, New Vegas also runs on the same engine as Fallout 3 (meaning same graphics and fps), while Skyrim runs on a brand new handcrafted (or hand programmed i should say) engine built by Bethesda itself. Skyrim is also adding loads of new content to the Elder Scrolls series and in general is going to blow your mind out of every oriface on your body. Pretty much any RPG by Bethesda is simply orgasmic. If you haven't checked out all the info coming out on Skyrim recently get to it, because then you wouldn't have even asked this question.

In Conclusion: -Skyrim: by Bethesda

-New Vegas: not by Bethesda (Obsidian made it)

So....

Get Skyrim, if you get New Vegas instead you should kill yourself.

GET SKYRIM!Fallout new Vegas or elder scrolls skyrim?
Skyrim isn't out yet, but I'm guessing it will be like Oblivion. Think of Oblivion as like Fallout 3 but more melee oriented (though you can certainly be archer or mage). Oblivion isn't a select a target and then let your character automatically attack sort of game. It's more like Dark Messiah, where you hold a sword and shield in first person, and have to time your hits and block and dodge. It's quite fun. At the same time it's not a pure action game because your power grows as you level up and monsters have their own levels. I personally liked Oblivion more than Fallout 3 because there is a good number of towns, and some mini villages, while in Fallout 3 there was only Megaton, Rivet City, and the Citadel that could really count as towns in my opinion.
New Vegas is sort of like more of Fallout 3 that was rushed out and not playtested enough. It's a good game by game standards and you'll get at least a week of solid gaming in if you don't rush the mainquest, and then you can sandbox all you want from there, or start a new game and change your relations with new factions.

If you liked Fallout 3, then Skyrim is going to be a lot like it, only with more towns/society aspects, secret organizations, better AI and slightly more immersion. If money is your issue, then I would hold out for Skyrim personally, it's definitely going to hold my interest for months to come, and with a very active and passionate modding community the game's lifespan will last for years.

New vegas is fun, but It's kinda glitchy and rushed. Skyrim will be much more complete and a better experience overall. This of course I don't know for sure, but the core development team from Bethesda has yet to let down on this sort of thing.Fallout new Vegas or elder scrolls skyrim?
Skyrim isn't out yet so you can't compare the two, but on terms of development, Skyrim is made to be a much longer game than Fallout: New Vegas. Also, it isn't close to WOW or Dragon Age. It's more like Fallout, on terms of first person, rpg, and exploration. It's alot like Oblivion and Morrowind, except it has alot of new content.
Fallout 3 is MUCH better than New Vegas which was a huge disappointment for me. I don't think you will go wrong with Skyrim as that's what Bethesda were probably focusing on more and leaving the idiots to make New Vegas.
skyrim is more like dragon age, in that it's a first person traditional rpg. fallout is more of a fps rpg hybrid.

if you want a game that will lasts for months, go with skyrim. it's rumored that it will have over 100 hrs of gameplay.

if you don't like first person rpg, then get fallout.
skyrim looks cool. fallout 3 is a must but new vegas is just ok also its got a lot of glitches and bad graphics as well.
I would choose skyrim of fallout any day, and no it is not an mmorpg like Wow nor is it like dragon age.
fallout
