alright well my computer says it has that type of graphics card, and i did some research on it and people say it's very good, but i can never play ANY of my games on decent settings (like moderate) and have fluid gameplay. such as dragon age origins (actually i still get lag on low settings with this one),
i only have a few PC games but theres some good ones coming out that i wanna get but not sure if i'll enjoy it much because of either low graphics or lagy gameplay.Nvidia GeForce 8600m Gt card question?
Are you running the latest driver from NVIDIA? You could check on their support site for the latest version. http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index5.as鈥?/a> If you're using an older driver or some built in generic driver it will not work very well. For most older games, it should be a decent card. Anything newer that's coming out will prove to be challenging for this graphics card. All of the games listed on my link below play well, but are older. For 3dmark '05 it's in the middle of the pack when compared to all the other currently available laptop video cards.
