Dragon Age Orgins - Couple of Questions - 10 Pts best answer?

Hey all.

Been looking at the game Dragon Age..and theres a few things I want to know that I cant find out on the internet or youtube for some reason..the questions are:

Whats the highest level?

Is there much customization like in other MMO's? (WoW in mind) like skill and talent improvements.

Can you get many hours of gameplay out of the game? if so how many have you had?

What would you rate the game out of 10?

Thanks all for your answers in advance.Dragon Age Orgins - Couple of Questions - 10 Pts best answer?
The hard level cap is 25, though most people when they are finished (depending on how many sidequests/dlc's they have done) are levels 18-23. The only real way to reach 25 is to use the console (pc version).

You can customize your character in that you can be a healer, tank, melee/ranged damage dealer, or caster damage dealer, etc. through specializations and skills. It's not quite as customizable as WoW, but with Awakenings new trees will be added for each class.

I've got quite a lot of gameplay out of this game. I've played through it a few times now, from different perspectives- it's just different enough to keep my attention.

I would give this game an 8/10. There really is quite a lot of content to get through, and the way some of the characters draw you in and make you care- whether you love them or hate them- really goes a long way toward making it interesting. Some of them say some quite funny things :)Dragon Age Orgins - Couple of Questions - 10 Pts best answer?
Highest Level is 20. The Awakening Expansion Pack due out next month raises it somewhere in the 30's

There's plenty of customization, in terms of wow picture a talent tree for different types of weapons (Dual Wield, Weapon and Shield, Bow and Arrow and Two Handed) as well as More trees for your class and class specializations.

One play through is about 25-30 hours, 40 if you do everything. There are also 3 different classes and 3 races each with your choice of background story

9/10 There are a few bugs here and there and the game isn't innovative in any sort of way, but BioWare really took the RPG genre a step higher with this game.Dragon Age Orgins - Couple of Questions - 10 Pts best answer?
Alright well the levels go pretty high i think but it is not an MMO its just a RPG

With all the side quest you could prolly get about 20 hours of game play out of it. i beat the game in about 14 hours but i got stuck at some points...and messed around at others and i also only played through on a human mage didn't make any of the other characters you could have

And i would rate this an 8 out of 10 deff. worth checking out if you liked games like oblivion but no for a noob to RPG's cause you can get stuck easily.
Because creatures don't respawn, there is a limit to the amount of experience you can get. Depending on how much you complete in a playthrough you will find the highest level to be around 22. There is an exploit for infinite experience gain, which has revealed a hard cap of level 25, but it is not possible to reach this level in normal gameplay. It is assumed that when more dowloadable content and expansions are released the hard cap of level 25 will be raised.

There is customization, but it is somewhat limited. For warriors you will find many different sets of armor, but for mages you will likely only switch robes about 3-4 times. For talent/skill improvements, there is a variety of ways you can use each class. You can make a mage specialise in dealing damage or healing or weakening enemies and many other schools. Warriors can use a sword and shield, be two-handed, bows etc. Rogues can dual-wield daggers and use bows. Mages are the most variable class.

Each class also has four specializations to choose from, which leads to extra available talents and skills.

You can definitely get many hours out of the game. For your first playthrough, if it is a complete one, you will get 40+ hours. There are many incentives to multiple playthroughs (using different companions, making different story decisions, trying a different class...) and if you use mods this potential gets even greater. Downloadable content and an upcoming expansion also adds to the play hours, so there's a lot to be had. In total I have played about 85 hours.

I would rate the game a 9/10 on a scale of how good it is, and a 10/10 on a scale of how much I recommend playing it.
